Policies and Procedures

For the safety of our Oak Tree Mountain family :)

 

 

Staff policies:
• Staff shall practice social distancing as much possible.
• Staff members showing any signs of illness shall get medical clearance before returning to work.
• Staff shall wear masks and at all time while on property.
• Kitchen staff shall wear face shields while preparing food.
• Serving staff shall wash hands between every table drop.
• No acrylic nails allowed. Cleaning procedures:
• Staff shall carry disinfecting wipes at all times while on duty.
• Disinfect tables, booths, seats, etc. after each guest.
• Disinfect high-traffic surfaces, such as handles and registers, after each use.
• Disinfect bathrooms, at least, hourly.

Additional safety measures:

• Added dividers between each booth inside restaurant and mobile dividers between each outdoor table.
• Removed middle tables in the restaurant.
• Replaced multi-use utensils, napkins, and condiments with pre-packaged, disposable sets (provide metal utensils upon customer request).
• Using disposable paper and/or online (contactless) menus.
• Implemented one-way traffic flows for guests and staff wherever possible.
• Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer shall be available to guests throughout park.
• Installed Hepa-filtered HVAC system.
• For easier cleaning and thorough sanitization:
• Tiled floors and walls in restaurant bathrooms.
• Tiled floor in restaurant.
• Replaced porous surfaces in restaurant.
• Updated window coverings.
• Epoxy-coated kitchen floor.
• Applied stainless steel wall coverings in kitchen.
